Love My Birds TX is proud to offer our clients a 7-day health guarantee with each weaned baby bird purchased. Our birds are guaranteed to be free of any contagious or toxic diseases, microbial contamination, and hereditary disorders. To qualify for this guarantee, we advise that you take your new bird(s) to an avian veterinarian within seven days of purchase. If the avian vet claims that the bird was unhealthy at the time of sale, certification must be provided to Love My Birds TX within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement of the same species. 

Once the client has acquired or received the bird(s), he/she is required to have them medically examined by an avian veterinarian within 7 days. If no health assessment is completed within that time frame, it is understood that the sale is finalized and there are no additional assurances or reimbursements for the bird(s), which will be sold in their existing condition.

Exception, any bird(s) acquired by client to hand-feed do not qualify for any assurance. No trade-off/ reimbursements / compensation permitted due to deficiency of clients ineptitude to handle unweaned bird(s) or mismatched lifestyle.
